Delivery Time

At Cravito, we strive to deliver your food in the shortest time possible. The delivery time depends on several factors:

  • Distance: The distance between the vendor and the delivery address.
  • Order Preparation: Time taken by the vendor to prepare the food.
  • Traffic Conditions: Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

Estimated delivery times will be displayed in the app before placing the order. While we do our best to adhere to these estimates, actual delivery times may vary.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges may apply to orders and will be clearly indicated at the time of checkout. These charges vary based on:

  • Delivery distance from the vendor to the customer’s address.

Delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases where the order qualifies for a refund as per our Refund Policy.

Failed Deliveries

Cravito considers a delivery as failed under the following conditions:

  • The customer is not available at the provided delivery address.
  • The delivery partner cannot contact the customer despite multiple attempts.
  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided by the customer.

In the event of a failed delivery due to customer-related issues, the order will not be eligible for a refund, and re-delivery may incur additional charges.

Handling and Packaging

Cravito ensures that all orders are handled with care. Vendors are responsible for packaging the food securely to maintain its quality and freshness during transit. In case of any packaging issues, customers are advised to report them through the app.

Special Instructions

Customers can provide special instructions for their orders during checkout (e.g., "No onions," "Extra spicy"). While vendors and delivery partners strive to accommodate these requests, Cravito does not guarantee the fulfillment of all special instructions.

Delivery Partner Conduct
